The benefits of this new system include:
-Automatic Ticket Escalations –No more ticket numbers! if you didn’t get an answer within 48 hours your issue will automatically be escalated to our head of support for urgent treatment.
-Urgent support- No more Whatsapp support for urgent inquiries. We extended our on call urgent support from Whatapp to Intercom. Just go to your console and type your urgent inquiry as new conversation.
-Contact all the teams from SF in one place: Success, Support and Sales.
-Push notifications from SF team directly to your console: new features, bug fixes and general tech issues.
-Instead of going to your email and search tickets history – access all your chat history directly from the SF console.
-Automatic suggestion for relevant articles regarding your inquiry.
From Nov. 6, 2017 onward your conversation will be taken to the new support system when clicking on help icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
