  1. Ensure all your products are tracked/linked by AutoDS as per the migration guide (if unsure, contact AutoDS Support).

  2. Ensure you have set up your settings for break even and profitability. (https://help.autods.com/how-to-set-up-your-preferred-pricing-settings-for-your-products)

  3. Request Salefreaks support to remove your SF MIP token or if using API, revoke access.

This will stop new orders importing to SF and the re-pricers do not conflict.

  4. Export your orders history to .csv for whichever date ranges you require. (We recommend 90 days to ensure no orders have been missed and you have all the information you require for any queries, returns, item not received, and tax/accountancy purposes.

  5. Connect your Amazon buyer accounts to AutoDS if you require auto-order/tracking. (https://help.autods.com/how-to-add-a-buy-account-for-automation-of-your-orders)

You might wish to consider setting your store into holiday mode for a short period to ensure a smooth transition.

If you request the removal of your store from SaleFreaks, make sure you download any reports required and all existing orders have been processed or dealt with accordingly. Do not do this until everything has been migrated correctly.
