Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) program allows the owners of intellectual property rights and their authorized representatives to report listings that may infringe on those rights.

To avoid VERO restrictions of eBay stores we created the VERO list. It has all the brands/phrases/words that are unauthorized to list. http://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/listing/create-effective-listings/vero-program.html#m17-1-tb3

The feature prevents items with VERO from listing. To view the list go to settings => vero in the console.
