Login to SaleFreaks Console and go to Global Settings.

Break even settings: 

PayPal account linked to eBay to accept payments from buyers -
In this section you will see your own Paypal account connected to your eBay account.

If you wish to change the PayPal account for all your items – choose the 3rd check box. If you wish this setting to apply only on future items, chose the 2nd check box.

PayPal fee per transaction -
Here you can add your current Paypal transaction fee as can be found in your Paypal account, this information will be used only for profit displaying, the actual transaction fee is taken automatically by the system.

You will change the default by clicking on the 2nd check box and change the default to your personal PayPal transaction fee.

Amazon Sales Tax Markup -
In amazon checkout there are 2 taxation options, the first SBA (sold by amazon) is an item sold by amazon and taxed in 47 states, the second FBA (fulfilled by amazon) or market place that is only being taxed in the event that the buyer (your eBay buyers address) and supplier are in the same state, usually amazon (SBA) tax is between 5% - 9% while third party suppliers (FAB + Marketplace) don't charge tax in most instances.

Selling preference:

Quantity -
Choose the number of items you wish to be available for purchase, SaleFreaks default is 1.

If you wish to apply the change on all items – choose the 3rd check box. If you wish this setting to apply only on future items, chose the 2nd check box.

SaleFreaks repricer profit range -
Choose the profit range you wish to apply on your store items. Note this range will be added to SaleFreaks brake even percentage which is 9% for eBay fees and your PayPal fee per transaction.


Minimal profit value per sale (after break even) -
In this setting you may set the minimal profit in amount of currency (dollar/pound). Use this setting if you're working with profit range in %.
Example: you've set profit range as 5-15% and minimal monetary profit as 1$.
Result: the system will set on the items minimal profit of 5% but at least 1$ (on some items 1$ may be more than 5%)

Display management:

Template -
In this setting you can choose your own template to apply on your store items.
SaleFreaks default template is compatible with eBay mobile 2017 requirements.
If you wish to apply the change on all items – choose the 3rd check box. If you wish this setting to apply only on future items, chose the 2nd check box.

Total number of images to upload -
Select the amount of images that you want to show on eBay. Auto = the same amount of images displayed on amazon If the number is higher than the auto it will duplicate the images to fill in slots.

Hide my UPC -
Hide My UPC is a unique feature that protects your listings from being scanned by BULK scanners, which try to copy your sold products. This will allow you to maintain your competitive edge for longer against other sellers.

Amazon Settings:

Amazon vendors type -
You can choose which supply channel on amazon you wish to list items from, Prime only - only monitors prime items (SBA + FBA) Prime priority - always prefers to list prime items but in certain instances will list marketplace items if they are the lowest price offer and fast shipping (only marketplace sellers with over 85% positive feedback and at least 50 feedbacks will be monitored) Best Offer - Monitors the lowest price item available on amazon (taking into account shipping time over 85% positive feedback and at least 50 feedbacks) 


Amazon Add-on items monitoring -
In this setting you may choose if you want to work with Add-On items and let the system to track the Add-On offers on Amazon. 

Prime fulfillment type -
Choose all prime if you want to sell all items available to prime shipping.
Choose SBA If you want only to sell prime items sold ONLY by amazon.
Choose FBA if you want to sell all items sold ONLY by 3rd party suppliers. 

Business policy:

Handling Time -
The period before you initiate shipping is part of the arrival expected date (handling+shipping)

Choose the amount of handling days you wish to apply on your incoming orders, SaleFreaks default is 3.
If you wish to apply the change on all items – choose the 3rd check box. If you wish this setting to apply only on future items, chose the 2nd check box.


Shipping Method -
Select the requested shipping policy package to be used on your items.
The shipping policy options are:

  1. standard Package: Standard 3-5 days shipping, expedited 2 days shipping, overnight shipping.
  2. Fast & Free Package: Free expedited shipping, Overnight shipping.


Shipping price for Expedited Shipping -
Here you may set the price for expedited shipping option on your listings on eBay. Important: this change will be applied for all your tracked listings on eBay account (new ones and all the existed). 

Shipping price for Over Night shipping -
Here you may set the price for over night shipping option on your listings on eBay. Important: this change will be applied for all your tracked listings on eBay account (new ones and all the existed).

Return Policy -
Here you can set up the amount of days you'd like for your return policy

Shipping to a PO Box -
Choose whether you'd like to enabled or disabled shipping to a Post office box.

Auto Order Settings:

PayPal account to buy gift cards on SaleFreaks -
In this setting you may choose the PayPal account to purchase gift cards by SF by using the "Get Balance" feature.
By default the account you used for signing up on SF portal is used.

Minimal negative profit to allow automatic purchase -
Place a number that will represent the amount of negative profit you are willing to sustain for the automated orders system to fulfill the item on a loss (do not place a minus - sign).

Disable auto order for high price items -
for expensive items you can place a hold on the automation to examine the purchase before fulfilling the order.


Auto Order Bundling Method -
Choose here the method for orders aggregation if you want to place the orders in aggregation.
If you're working with Amazon Business accounts please set it as "Business Account"
If you're working with Amazon Business Prime accounts/Prime accounts set it as "Add On" (the system will try to place the orders in aggregation when their total sum on Amazon will be 25$ or more)
If you don't want to work with aggregation mode set the option "disabled"
Important: you can't work with two types of bundling method (Add On + Business Account) on the same portal.


Maximum Auto Order delay time -

maximum amount of time a specific order waits for bundling until being executed separately (if possible).

Other settings: 

Use sale tax table on eBay -
if you are a registered financial entity within the US and have a tax agreement with your local state use this option - this option is not applicable for world wide sellers that do not pay taxes in the united states.

PayPal for Mass pay:
If you are eligible for mass payment in PayPal – please enter your PayPal email \ or Username here.

without adding that information, you will not be able to use mass-pay to get new balance with SaleFreaks.
