​Supporting new auto-confirm message to buyers through global settings.

We've added an option that is sending out a thank you message to eBay customer once order is placed and completed on the Amazon account.
At the moment the text is fixed and can't be edited.
The text is as follows:

buyer name : “Buyer Name” and  seller store account : “SellerName”  are dynamic and will be filled with the relevant buyer/seller.
The service is free of charge.
