Add support for Amazon Ranking
- Amazon Ranking relates to the following data: Monthly orders estimation, Review count, Star rating
- Adding an option in the Locator to filter items according to Amazon Ranking
- Adding an option in the Listing Wizard to filter and list according to Amazon Ranking
- Amazon Rating values are also available as columns in the result table for viewing and sorting purpose
Note: for locators executed before the deployment of this feature, the Amazon Ranking values are marked as '0'
