Our Helpdesk section has been improved and now it's much easier to locate your Tickets& Cases!.
As of today, you'll be able to locate your tickets faster by using the "market item ID" or "Shopper ID" to get accurate results for the Ticket/ Case you're looking for.

As of our Return section, for your comfort, from now on the default page will be showing the current open returns to help you get the important information as quick as possible.
