To better understand your Amazon prime account status, starting today you'll notice a new status called SlowDown - this means the hourly/ daily limits have been reached on that specific account ( according to your configuration for the amazon protection feature) , in this case, order won't be fulfilled on that account.
This status will change automatically to active (prime) when an hour/ 24 hours limit will pass.
*if you wish to activate your amazon account before the time limit has arrived, you can change your amazon protection configuration and the account will be automatically updated to active in a few minutes.
