Hi Everyone,

We have improved the monthly sales report in a way it will allow you to track your orders and expenses to assist with your accounting tasks.

As you all know, we have a unique report that shows all the sales data, including income, eBay/PayPal fees, Amazon cost, shipping, and profit by each order, and you can download it every month.

Now we have added a link with an image for the Amazon invoice you can download.

With that, you will achieve the full trail for each order, including Amazon invoices ready to be audited if necessary by the authorities.

This new enhancement is specifically excellent for our UK community, where it's essential to have approved invoices for VAT recovery.

To turn on your downloadable invoices, go to global settings>other settings> and set to enable, the Attach Amazon invoices to monthly sales report setting.

Once you do that, we will start collecting invoices for your future orders.

Note 1: The invoices are stored for three months only, so if having those invoices are required, please make sure you download the invoices on time.

Note 2: Amazon supplies invoices only for Prime Amazon orders and only after the item is delivered, so the system goes through each day the requests and retrieve the missing invoices.  3rd party seller's orders will not produce invoices, so if it's required, you may need to contact the seller directly to obtain those invoices.

Here is a short video that explains how to generate a monthly sales report.
